Made it home from my trip. Truck did fantastically. Only one concerning part during the whole go, while climbing that steep hill 6.8 gradient for 3 miles, got up to 230F coolant temp for a second. Turned off the ac, went full blast heater, cooled down to 210 pretty quick.

Waiting on the radiator to cool off so I can pull the cap and see how much I lost.. Some did spray out past the cap. Not much though.

Edit, she still full. What a champ. Love this ol gal

Installed a terminal strip on the back of the new water separator with relays for the holly and fuel heater.

Tapped out enough 1/4x20's for the future powered running boards.
Will add dedicated door switches so only the side with the open door will extend.

It's just too high for some folks to climb into.
Here it is parked, after a trip around the block.
First time it's moved under it's own power since 2011.
Still have so much to do.
