Got the vent tingy good and tight, then smothered it in the recomended seal all. So that leaves trying to figger out what is wrong with the sending unit, that was marked as correct...

So pryed out the old tank and fought with its unit, for somewhere over a hour and found the new one sundry enough that it aint a match...

When I had a gander at the pocket for the tank, there was enough rust that could not let persist. So might as well of set my self up on a turn table, when cleaning this up helter skelter. In the end, have some navel jelly slaped on to keep it at bay. So have to bide my time, before can slap on some piant. At this point, have gotten a fair bit of the frame painted and not going to do this section rite right now...

So if the frame is getting cleaned, could not leave the skid plate alone. This means need to find new rubber, before can the tank can go in.
