Having fun and games with that 3/8"(?) nylon fuel line.
Hoping to eliminate the short piece of nylon line that runs from the tank selector to the holly pump I mounted around 12" from there.
The port that's used is the rear tank set, which of course face up, directly into the bottom of the top of the frame rail.
Only a 90° fitting will fit.
Has anyone ever cut the nylon line from a connector to attach 3/8" hose?
If that won't work, what are those fittings?
I found far too many options online for my limited knowledge of these systems to decipher.
Thanks

Napa is going to be your friend on your search.
Find the old counter guy who knows how to open a catalog.
The young kids are just about smart enuff to punch a key board and don't have any knowledge of paper.

Both my truck and my dads crew cab have the nylon lines cut with a hose slipped over and a hose clamp on it. Mines been that way for over 8 years

On the tank selector you have 5/16” SAE quick disconnect fittings on the return ports and 3/8” on the supply.

I didn’t like the nylon stuff and all my fuel lines were rusted out. I used 6AN fittings to make whips down to new stainless fuel lines along the rails. The fittings I used on the tank selector are below.

Like you said, they need to be 90 degrees. These barely just fit and I was just able to snap them in.

Here’s a pic of what it looked like

Since you’re going from the tank selector straight to the Holley pump (no filter between?) I’d just make a 6an hose, use that 90 degree quick connect fitting at the tank selector and then use this NPT fitting for the pump. I think they are 3/8” NPT on holleys if I remember right

Looks nice.
I ran PTFE 6AN along the frame to the engine.
Only have one tank, but the truck has all the wiring, selector valve and dash switch.
Wouldn't take much to pop another tank in.
Saving that decision for later, no sure how much it will actually be used.

Makes sense.
It's on my to do list.
Love posting questions here, it's a lot easier to get a confirmation than muck up something I'll have to replace.
