I have the stock power steering on the truck.

I have a new return line, pump, high pressure line, and gear box.

I have been through 3 high pressure lines now, since each one of them has had a leak. I’m starting to think that the flare nut on the end of the line going into the pump isn’t the right one or something cuz that’s where it has leaked all three times. I have tightened that flare nut to hell and back, I’ve tried it just nice and tight, I’ve tried it sort of loose even though that makes no sense. It leaks every single time. What on earth am I to do?

The leak comes from where the white O-ring seal is at.

Replace that white seal.
Hot water to stretch it out VERY carefully and work it into place, then cold water to shrink it. You may even be able to locate the special cone tool to facilitate seal installation. HOT to install, COLD to shrink.
Buy more than one seal.
