so you wheeled with stock f250 suspensions?!?!? how was your back after?
if i was gonna wheel mine i'd definately get some softer springs!! would cut down on frame flex too

My back was fine (must be that lariat seating ) I was going to take a spring or two out of the rear pack and put one in the front but never got around to it. I wasn't sure if I would crawl very well or not with the E4OD and 1356. I was impressed. I'm used to a t18 mated to a dana 18 running through 5.38 gears on a jeep too. With that I rarely use low at all.

Take two out or swap over to f150 springs. That's what I got in mine and they flex pretty good. I probably am going to take a leaf out of them also
