Usually I RTV the dipstick tubes. This past year I’ve tried replacing it with the ford parts and o ring in the pictures below. I’ve got a couple hundred miles on it now, no RTV, no leaks.
The ford oring is available at time of this post and components of the tube. The block piece is discontinued from ford direct but you can still get it third party.
