1995 7.3 OBS Dually, ran great before but diesel in coolant.
After new cup installation and new o-rings on injectors, coolant is leaking from the exhaust manifold on cylinder 8 (driver firewall). Noticed discoloration on that cup when removed, not major.
Drained and flushed old coolant, which had diesel and started the cup job.
Removed glow plugs and slowly cranked to force any residual out. Removed thermostat and tried to fill and start, When she fired up, Major pressure/water streaming out of degas bottle.
Put t-stat in, added water, cranked once... Clunk.
Noticed water above oil cooler and traced to that cylinder exhaust manifold.
Assuming it's not ***** with hydrolock... whats next step?
