That`s the longest camper I have ever seen on a PU Truck. Looks like a set of wheels under the back end.
Rot in a Camper? good luck with that, it can be a nightmare to repair sometimes.

I think it's neat.
I also see a "tag" axle underneath. Makes sense as I'm sure that is one heavy SOB for an srw truck. I wonder if it's steerable? If not there'd be a lot of scrubbing I imagine. Even with the rot, I'd say it's worth it. Hard to find a truck around here that isn't rotten or rusted for under 1500
