1994 gmc k3500 6.5 turbo diesel hard to start

Hey guys just picked up a 1994 GMC Sierra k3500 6.5 turbo diesel. I got the truck running ran good and smooth. Now I can’t get it started acts like it’s not getting fuel pmd was relocated already as well.

Cold start issue may be air intrusion.

IIRC hot start issue is more likely IP related.
