Hey All
So today was my first day driving my truck with a turbo kit installed. 92 F250, CDD stage 2 kit, R&D factory NA pump turned up 4 flats, R&D injectors. On flat roads unloaded I got up to 9-10 PSI. I’m totally happy with that but was reading about others who mechanically bound the waste gate to prevent it from opening and this thought process led to this thought:
In lieu of mechanically binding the waste gate, has anyone tried hooking the reference line up to the vacuum distribution block or direct to the pump? If so, what were the results?
