Sterling 10.25 wheel seal wear sleeve

Does this look like a wear sleeve? It's very thick. It's nearly a 1/4" different from stock diameter. I'm pretty sure it is. I've just never seen one that thick. Does anyone know where to get these? I'm afraid of what I will find if I remove it and can't replace it. The seal is baptizing my brakes.

I think it's the inner portion of the 2-piece seal left behind.

Yes... you're right. It just popped right off. I won't confess how many hours I spent today with parts store guys trying to figure out why my seal was 1/4" larger than anything they offered. I just happened to run across a post talking about a repair sleeve and went back home to clean it better and take a look. I thought the little black line was just grease. It's the rubber seal. This is why you don't let software guys play with hardware.

I just ordered the CR34384 from Napa.
