If you use a constant use relay line cubey suggested, as long as its rated for the amperage of your desired use for key on devices, itlll be fine. Won't be hard to get, most are rated at 200 amps. I don't think you'll use that much.

Actually that shouldn't be a problem, thats just the mating surface between the t case and the transmission itself. Makes it a butt to get apart, but also prevents them from loosening up.
The green on the t case output housing makes me think it was a wrecking yard part at...

You can desolder the eeprom chip that stores the mileage and tire size and move it over. That is also what I did.
You could just reporogram the tire size and send it too, both are good options.
Jack up the front end so the wheel is off the ground.
Grab it at the top and bottom and try to rock the tire. Should be practically no movement at the hub.
Rotate the wheel, should be smooth with no abnormal binding. If there is, remove caliper and try again to verify its not the brake hanging...

@Kdo58 where can I source a good down pipe? The one that came with my turbo kit I got from CDD didnt fit between my firewall and transmission, I had to manipulate it with a bench vice to make it fit, so it probably needs replaced.
