Swapped engines, both 7.3idi's.
Used the existing engine harness as the receiving rig had factory AC.
Also got rid of the E4OD auto and installed a ZF S542.
Cleaned up the harness and started to route through the engine and wound up with a couple orphan wires.
There are two individual wires with a 90° round terminal, as for sensor's, or alternator field or ground.
These extend out in the same branch as the high idle sensor, but the wire that goes to the high idle solenoid is already spoken for.

These are the two wires.

They come off same branch as the high idle sensor.

Then, there's an activator of some kind.
I'm pretty sure it had something to do with the automatic, but want to be sure.

This is on the AC connector branch of the harness.

Appreciate any insight.
Thanks

The fist picture that is the water in fuel sensor and fuel vacuum sensor.
The second one is the FIPL sensor for an auto. You can leave it unhooked.

"Fuel Vacuum Sensor"?!?
Is that needed anymore since I've deleted the OEM fuel pump and water separator assemblies, or will that cause an issue?
I assumed the water sensor is a N/C switch, so not touching it will result in a normal operational status.
Thanks

What is the exact year of the truck? The harness you are using correct?

If you deleted the factory fuel filter head they aren't needed and it won't hurt to leave them disconnected

The donor was a 1990 F350 long box crew 4x4 7.3 Zf5 no AC. XLT
Receiver is a 1989 C350 - short box crew Laramie 4x4 with back cut out, '89 Bronco shell, and additional 2 rows of rear bench seats. Had E4OD and AC.
Truck is now ZF. The '90 had a fairly fresh rebuild on the 7.3 by HiTech engines of Spokane, WA.
I used the OEM engine harness and the donor transmission harness.
