Well, the truck has been sitting far too long while I play with it. I am about to fire it off in another few days after I play with more things, and I am wondering.
Is it possible to remove the shraeder valve from the top of the fuel filter, stuff a rubber hose over that valve and back fill the fuel system?
I figure to use a cheapy TEMPORARY electric pump and prime the fuel system so it hopefully fires off quickly after the glow plugs cycle once.
I figured that would fill the filter, lines and the IP.
I did order a Pegusus pump just now to add in line back by the switching valve. That will be an in~line back up pump to the mechanical pump.
