    I think they used to be motorworks, if so and its still running you are good. I put in dozens of various engines from them, then all of a sudden it was nothing but problems, then the went out of biz.

    Regard less of the way you go the green red needs to have voltage on it to make the alt charge . the 3G will not complicate anything.

    They dont all have the stator wire. 99% do.

    Wire is not missing, it would be a white stator wire and isnt needed if you have an "amp" gauge, But first,,, make sure your green w red stripe has voltage from ign circuit. and that there is batt voltage at the bat term of alt. Fuse link could be bad.

    The hydro master bore is too large to make the drums happy. I file the mounting holes for the original MC and it stops waaaaay better.

    Ether wont bend rods, starter doesnt have that much power. The plate is the fuse.

    I threw my lisle ridge reamer in the scrap, biggest pos ive ever used. try rock auto. That one precup with the multiple cracks should be replaced. Its bad enough that pieces could chip off. Did the bores clean up at all?

    Tcase comes off easy. I dont think just moving it back will give you adequate room , I guarantee it wont be worth the fight.

And "turning up" the pump after the install will void the warranty, they say not but if there is a problem,,, they default to, "you modified it". Sorry I know firsthand that the shop that used to...

    UUUMMMM those look really good. the rust is from moisture coming from the top. Did you never seez the new ones upon install? I recommend Painting them, they wont rust on top.
